Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analysis to provide financial and business leadership for US system sales growth. You will oversee a team of 3–4 analysts, delivering EBITDA forecasts, identifying trends, and offering actionable insights across Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

The role emphasizes building scalable forecasting models, executive storytelling, and influencing cross-functional partners in a hybrid Plano, TX environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial/data analysis roles.
• 2+ years leading teams in related area.
• Experience with revenue forecasting and P&L
• Big Four/management consulting background preferred
• Ability to tell data-driven stories to executives
• Forecasting in product and channel models; handle incomplete data
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerBI/Tableau; design/update dashboards
• Strong skills in creating executive-level presentations
• Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s in finance or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership to drive sales growth and optimized unit economics.
• Lead development and delivery of forecasts for U.S. system sales and EBITDA.
• Coach and grow a team of 3–4 analysts.
• Own forecasting frameworks, models, and reporting tools.
• Build trusted relationships with Global Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate market trends into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Support ad hoc analyses and evolving business needs.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Planning, and Technology to align initiatives.
