Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Group Product Manager to own a portfolio of ZT1 initiatives, working directly with the CEO to turn high-level ideas into scalable businesses. You’ll own vision, strategy, and roadmaps, partnering with engineers, analysts, and designers to build and launch innovative financial products.

You’ll drive end-to-end product development, manage UI/UX with AI prototyping, and collaborate with revenue and business teams to scale offerings.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience with a strong track record shipping and scaling consumer-facing or platform products.
• Ownership of technical software products end-to-end and ability to articulate business impact.
• Direct experience leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas with meaningful outcomes.
• Experience working closely with engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work across multiple groups in complex environments.
• Founder or early-stage startup experience is a plus; ability to spot opportunities, build from scratch, test quickly, and own outcomes.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for prototyping, design, content, and analysis.
• Strong communicator capable of securing alignment from senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms, partnering with engineers, analysts, and designers to build and launch.
• Lead full lifecycle development: discovery, validation, MVP, launch and iteration.
• Refine customer-facing copy across onboarding to in-product guidance and improve user experiences.
• Independently analyze customer behavior, build funnels, and guide product decisions with data.
• Own experimentation end-to-end: hypotheses, test design, metrics, and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ZT1 roadmaps with core product roadmaps.
