Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring a Group Product Manager for the ZT1 Labs portfolio. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms, partnering with engineers, analysts, and designers to build, launch, and scale innovations.

You’ll work with the CEO and executive team to transform high‑level ideas into durable, scalable businesses, leading a cross‑functional group through ambiguity and change.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling consumer‑facing or platform products.
• Ownership of technical software products end-to-end with clear business impact.
• Direct experience leading zero‑to‑one or highly ambiguous product areas with meaningful outcomes.
• Experience working closely with engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional work in complex environments.
• Founder or early‑stage startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle for new products and platforms: discovery, validation, MVP, launch, iteration.
• Own the full UI/UX, using AI tools to prototype and iterate on ideas.
• Write and refine customer-facing copy across the product experience.
• Analyze customer behavior, build funnels, and use data to guide decisions.
• Own experimentation end‑to‑end: hypotheses, test design, metrics, results, iteration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align roadmaps and ensure cohesive outcomes.
