Affirm is a remote-first company seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a portfolio of ZT1 initiatives. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products, partnering closely with engineers, analysts, and designers to build and launch, and with revenue and business teams to bring new products to market and scale.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and executive team to turn high-level ideas into durable, scalable businesses, while turning customer insights into measurable outcomes

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing or platform products.
• Ownership of technical software products end-to-end with clear business impact.
• Direct experience leading zero-to-one or ambiguous product areas with outcomes.

Mansioni

• Lead a cross-functional group through ambiguous and complex work.
• Define problem spaces, opportunity areas, and a focused roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Write and refine customer-facing copy across the product experience.
• Analyze customer behavior, build funnels, and guide decisions with data.
• Own experimentation end to end with hypotheses, tests, and metrics.
