Zusammenfassung

Affirm is seeking a Group Product Manager for the ZT1 Labs initiative to own a portfolio of new products and platforms. You will lead a senior, cross‑functional team in a hands‑on builder role, translating high‑level ideas into durable, scalable businesses and partnering with engineers, data, design, and executives to bring products to market.

You’ll drive end‑to‑end product development, own the vision and roadmap, define outcomes and success metrics, and work closely with the CEO and executive

Qualifikationen

8–10+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing or platform products.
Direct ownership of technical software products end-to-end.
Experience leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Aufgaben

Understand customers and strategic context; build deep understanding of users, merchants, and partners.
Set vision, strategy, and a focused, prioritized roadmap with clear outcomes and metrics.
Lead zero-to-one product development; own UI/UX and rapid prototyping with AI tools; write customer-facing copy.
Analyze customer behavior, build funnels, and guide product decisions with data; manage end-to-end experimentation.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, risk, operations, revenue and legal to align roadmaps and ensure quality.
