Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for its ZT1 Labs group. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms, partnering with engineers, analysts, and designers to build and launch, and with revenue and business teams to scale.

You’ll work with the CEO and executive team to turn high-level ideas into durable businesses, leading a cross-functional group through ambiguous challenges and driving end-to-end product development.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing or platform products.
• Ownership of technical software products end-to-end with clear business impact.
• Experience leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas with meaningful outcomes.
• Experience working closely with engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional work in complex environments.
• Founder or early-stage startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand Customers & Strategic Context and translate insights into strategy for the product portfolio.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to define problem spaces and opportunity areas for the future.
• Craft a clear product vision and strategic narrative, translating into a focused roadmap.
• Define crisp outcomes and success metrics tied to business impact (GMV, profitability, conversion, retention).
• Drive the full lifecycle for new products and platforms: discovery, validation, MVP, launch, iteration.
• Own the full UI/UX, using AI tools to build and iterate on prototypes.
• Write and refine customer-facing copy across onboarding to in-product guidance.
• Independently analyze customer behavior, build funnels, and guide product decisions.
• Own experimentation end to end: hypotheses, design, metrics, results, iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sync roadmaps and ensure cohesive results.
