Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for its ZT1 Labs to own a portfolio of innovative products.

You’ll partner with the CEO and executive team to shape vision, strategy, and a scalable roadmap, while leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build and launch new platforms. You will drive end-to-end product development, own the UI/UX, and apply AI tools to rapidly prototype and test ideas, turning high-level concepts into durable businesses and

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing or platform products.
• Ownership of technical software products end-to-end with clear business impact.
• Experience leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas with meaningful outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority.
• Able to coordinate cross-functional work across multiple groups in complex environments.
• Founder or early-stage startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand Customers & Strategic Context: build deep understanding of Affirm’s global users, merchants, and partners and identify where zero-to-one innovation can drive impact.
• Set Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap: define problem spaces, craft a clear product vision, and translate it into a focused roadmap.
• Lead Zero-to-One Product Development: drive full lifecycle from discovery to iteration, own UI/UX, write customer-facing copy, and analyze behavior to guide decisions.
• Cross-Functional & Executive Leadership: lead a cross-functional group and align roadmaps with executive leadership.
• Raise the Bar for Product Craft: establish patterns, frameworks, and high-quality execution across the function.
