Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the ZT1 Labs portfolio, owning vision, strategy, and roadmaps for new products and platforms. You will partner with engineers, analysts, designers and business teams to bring innovative financial products to market.

You'll work closely with the CEO and executive team to turn high-level ideas into durable, scalable businesses, driving zero-to-one development and end-to-end experimentation in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing or platform products.
• Ownership of technical software products end-to-end.
• Experience leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas with meaningful outcomes.
• Experience working with engineering, data, design and other teams without direct authority.
• Founder or early-stage startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and strategic context to identify long-term impact.
• Partner with CEO and leaders to define problem spaces and prioritized roadmaps.
• Drive full lifecycle for new products: discovery, validation, MVP, launch and iteration.
• Own UI/UX and build prototypes using AI tools.
• Write and refine customer-facing copy across the product experience.
• Independently analyze customer behavior and build funnels to guide decisions.
• Own experimentation end-to-end: hypotheses, test design, metrics, results and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ZT1 roadmaps with core product roadmaps.
