Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a portfolio of ZT1 initiatives, owning vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms in collaboration with engineers, analysts, and designers.

You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to turn high-level ideas into durable, scalable businesses, leading cross-functional execution and delivering measurable outcomes. This remote-first role supports travel as needed and offers a competitive equity and benefits package

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing or platform products end-to-end.
• Ownership of zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority.
• Founder or early-stage startup experience is a plus.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and market trends to inform strategy.
• Define problem spaces and prioritize roadmap with senior leaders.
• Own full UI/UX and prototype growth using AI tools.
• Write customer-facing copy across the product experience.
• Analyze customer behavior and build funnels to guide decisions.
• Own end-to-end experimentation with hypotheses and metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and ensure quality.
