Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for the ZT1 Labs initiative. You will lead a portfolio of ambitious bets with strong product ownership while collaborating with design, engineering, data, and business teams to turn ideas into scalable products.

You will partner with the CEO and executive team to shape strategy, craft a focused roadmap, and define measurable outcomes that drive growth and strong unit economics.

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing or platform products.
• Direct ownership of technical software products end-to-end and ability to articulate business impact.
• Experience leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas with meaningful outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority.

Mansioni

• Lead a portfolio of ZT1 initiatives with direct product ownership and no direct reports.
• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms in collaboration with engineers, analysts and designers.
• Define outcomes and success metrics tied to GMV, profitability, conversion, retention and moat.
• Drive end-to-end product development from discovery to launch and iteration, including AI-assisted prototyping.
