Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field required.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in managing and developing direct reports; large multi-level teams experience preferred.
• 3+ years in leading logistics solutions and project management; Lean experience preferred.
• 1+ year managing KPIs for customers; sales and multi-client experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Ryder products, services, and pricing models is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, assess development, and provide ongoing employee feedback.
• Develop and mentor direct and indirect reports; ensure staffing levels.
• Create location processes and cross-train teams.
• Monitor KPI tracking and drive improvements; ensure staff training in Transportation/Distribution Management.
• Improve retention and reduce overtime; handle safety reporting and incident follow-ups.
• Recommend process improvements and assign responsibilities; conduct self-audits.
• Oversee SOX invoicing and revenue recognition prep as applicable.
