Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain or an equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 5+ years managing, leading and developing direct reports (preferred).
• 3+ years in logistics solutions and project management.
• Lean experience and P&L/ KPI familiarity (preferred).
• 1+ year managing customer KPIs; some sales/multi-client experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of truck brokerage and Ryder systems

Responsibilities

• Goal setting, career development, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Developing reports, ensuring staffing levels, and selecting qualified personnel.
• Creating location processes and cross-training CLS/CLC.
• Improve customer satisfaction and KPI tracking; ensure staff trained in Transportation/Distribution.
• Increase employee retention and manage safety and overtime reductions.
• Recommend process improvements and conduct self-audits; manage SOX tasks where applicable.
