Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or equivalent; 2+ years experience accepted
• Master's degree in related field preferred
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field preferred
• 5+ years leading and developing direct reports
• LEAN experience preferred
• 3+ years in logistics project management and implementing logistics solutions
• 3+ years leading teams in LEAN environments
• 3+ years managing customer KPIs and some sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of Ryder products, services, pricing models, and travel 30-40% preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage financial, operational and staff aspects for multiple accounts
• Ensure profitable retention and growth of business
• Set goals, assess skills, provide feedback and development plans
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Lead KPI review and improvement initiatives
• Oversee staffing, training, and process improvements
• Coordinate SOX invoice reconciliation and revenue recognition
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and incident follow-up
• Support cross-training and location process improvements
• Develop and mentor direct and indirect reports
