Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or an additional 2 years of relevant work experience required
• Master's degree in related field preferred
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field
• 5+ years in managing/direct reports and large multi-level teams
• 3+ years in logistics solutions and project management
• 3+ years in LEAN environments
• 1 year or more in managing customer KPIs
• Knowledge of truck brokerage and Ryder products/services are a plus
• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office) required

• Support location processes and cross-training of CLS and CLC

• Ensure staff are trained and performance is monitored
