Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Group Controller to lead financial oversight across multiple manufacturing sites. You will guide local finance leads through monthly close, ensure GAAP compliance, and maintain SOX controls while delivering accurate statements.

As a strategic partner to senior management, you will drive annual operating planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, while coaching teams, promoting lean initiatives, and enabling cost savings across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA desired.
• 10+ years’ experience in finance/accounting, including manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, GAAP-compliant financial reporting across sites.
• Lead monthly close, reconciliations, and balance sheet accuracy.
• Oversee SOX controls and audits.
• Guide annual operating plan and monthly forecasts.
• Analyze variances, risks, and KPIs with senior leadership.
• Coach local finance teams and promote continuous improvement.
