RealTruck is seeking a Plant Manager (Senior Manufacturing Site Leader) to steer a large, high-volume automotive manufacturing site serving major OEMs. You will oversee multiple departments, drive operational excellence, and ensure quality and cost targets are met.

You will partner with senior management to set strategy, optimize processes, and lead lean transformation across the site, while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 12+ years of manufacturing experience in operations.
• 7+ years of manufacturing management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational performance.
• Lead and manage multiple departments (logistics, quality, engineering, manufacturing, customer service).
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people improvements through Lean.
• Provide leadership presence on the shop floor and mentor staff.
