The role requires a degree in accounting or finance, 10+ years in accounting, 5+ years in controller-level leadership, strong manufacturing costing, and advanced Excel/ERP skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus).
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
- 5+ years of Controller-level experience.
- Strong manufacturing accounting and cost analysis background.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting systems skills.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a smaller accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the local accounting team.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting.
- Provide financial and operational analysis to support business decisions.
- Partner directly with the General Manager and global finance leadership.
- Support manufacturing costing and operational analysis.
- Coordinate year-end reporting, tax and external CPA activities.
- Lead finance-related projects and process improvements.
- Ensure appropriate accounting controls and compliance.
