Job summary

Confidential Employer seeks a senior accounting leader to direct domestic and international operations, ensuring timely financial reporting and strong internal controls. You will oversee GL, cost accounting, and manufacturing costing, partnering with leadership to drive improvements.

CPA certification and a Bachelor’s in Accounting are required, with proven multi-entity leadership and deep GAAP knowledge. This on-site role offers stability and opportunities to shape global finance processes.

Qualifications

• CPA certification and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting are required.
• Proven leadership of accounting teams.
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with US GAAP; IFRS knowledge valued.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and international accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Oversee accounting managers and teams for accounts receivable, accounts payable, GL, cost accounting and related functions.
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L variance analysis.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory controls, product costing, COGS and gross margin reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, local accounting requirements, and internal controls.
• Oversee financial reporting and accounting for international subsidiaries.
• Support transfer pricing, international audits, tax reporting, and intercompany transactions.
• Manage banking relationships, cash management, wire/ACH controls, hedging, and insurance matters.
• Lead finance technology initiatives, reporting automation, and process standardization.
• Support due diligence for acquisitions, financing, and strategic initiatives.
