RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Group Controller to lead financial oversight of multiple manufacturing sites in the United States. You will guide local finance teams, ensure compliance with GAAP, and champion company strategic initiatives aimed at cost savings and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in finance/accounting, including manufacturing environment experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role required.
• CPA or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Oversee financial statement analysis and variance analysis.
