Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required or equivalent.
• CPA strongly preferred; progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory roles; multi-entity exposure ideal.
• Experience with manufacturing and cost accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Maintain GAAP compliance and regulatory standards.
• Lead cost accounting across operations and analyze variances.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and inventory controls.
• Build scalable accounting processes and ERP systems.
• Lead internal and external audits with minimal deficiencies.
• Develop and coach accounting team and cross-functional partners.
