Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking a Controller to lead accounting across our manufacturing footprint, reporting to the CFO. You will own the general ledger, close processes, cost accounting, and internal controls while partnering with Plant Leadership and Operations to drive productivity and margins.

The ideal candidate combines manufacturing and cost accounting expertise with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for executive

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
• Experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience leading finance transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close per US GAAP.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Own standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis.
• Partner with Operations to analyze plant performance and margins.
• Drive finance process improvement and digital transformation.
• Lead internal controls and coordinate with external auditors.
