Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with group benefits products and related processes (Worksite, LTD, dental, absence).
• Preferred: 10+ years in group insurance sales or related work with large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Market, position, and sell Guardian’s Group Benefits products to large market brokers and consulting houses.
• Maintain broker/client relationships to grow sales and retention.
• Achieve or exceed personal sales production with large regional and national broker consultants.
