Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Senior General Manager in Ground Handling to lead the station's operations, staff development, and policy adherence. The role emphasizes coaching, discipline, and implementing corporate goals in daily routines.

You will oversee labor relations, safety, and security while coordinating with Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Agents. Travel may be required, and a Bachelor’s in Aviation or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven Team Leader with manpower planning experience
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Able to collaborate with all levels of management
• Defuse conflicts among team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with internal controls for accountable items

Responsabilités

• Oversee station labor relations, operations efficiencies, maintenance, facilities, safety, and security
• Keep company goals and customer expectations in mind when overseeing daily operations
• Coach and provide career development to the staff
• Correct non-compliant behavior and impose disciplinary action as required
• Understand the corporate culture, policies, and goals, and implement daily routines
• Manage a staff with varied duties including Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Agents
• Administrative duties, including daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Oversee staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, breaks, overtime, and backups
• Conduct employee performance reviews
