Piedmont Airlines in the United States is seeking a General Manager, Multi-City in Ground Handling to lead station operations across multiple locations. You will manage a staff including Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Agents, ensuring safety, compliance, and service quality while aligning with company policies and goals.

Formación

• Proven success as a Team Leader with ability to preplan manpower and equipment.
• Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines.
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff.
• Ability to manage conflict resolution among team members.
• Prior experience with internal controls processes for accountable items.
• Two years of supervisory experience in Operations and Customer Care.
• Working knowledge of Airport Operations Area environment.
• Extensive knowledge of QIK, Sabre & Internal Controls Manual (ICM).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Business, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee labor relations, operational efficiency, maintenance, facilities, safety, and security across multiple locations.
• Keep company goals and customer expectations in mind when overseeing daily operations.
• Coach and provide career development to staff.
• Correct non-compliant behavior and impose disciplinary action as required.
• Understand corporate culture, policies, and goals and implement daily routines.
• Manage staff including Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Agents.
• Administrative duties include daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Staff scheduling including work assignments/rotations, breaks, overtime, and backups.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
