Job summary

It reports to the Regional Manager, Ground Handling, and requires leadership across Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Agents. Ideal candidates bring experience in internal controls, Sabre/QIK systems, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a station's operations and staff.
• Ability to develop staff and manage disciplinary actions.
• Familiarity with internal controls for accountable items.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee station labor relations, operations efficiencies, maintenance, facilities, safety, and security.
• Keep company goals and customer expectations in mind when overseeing daily operations.
• Coach and provide career development to the staff.
• Correct non-compliant behavior and impose disciplinary action as required.
• Understand and implement corporate policies into daily work routines.
• Manage a staff with varied duties including Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Agents.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and oversee scheduling and rotations.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
