Responsibilities

• Oversee station labor relations, operations, maintenance, facilities, safety and security.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage scheduling, rotations, overtime, and back-up coverage.
• Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Ensure adherence to policies and company goals.
