Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader with manpower and equipment planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee station labor relations, operations efficiencies, maintenance, facilities, and safety and security.
• Supervise daily operations with attention to company goals and customer expectations.
• Coach and develop staff; drive performance and career growth.
• Enforce policies and disciplinary actions as required.
• Implement corporate culture and policies in daily routines.
• Manage a staff including Shift Managers, Supervisors and Agents; handle scheduling and rotations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports; conduct performance reviews.
