Responsibilities

• Oversee station labor relations, operations efficiencies, maintenance, facilities, and safety and security.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and back-up coverage for shifts.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Coach and develop staff to meet performance goals.
