Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in Ramp and/or Customer Service.
• Ability to lead independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with internal controls processes for accountable items is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and align with company goals and customer expectations.
• Coach staff and provide career development.
• Schedule staff across shifts, including rotations and overtime.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and resolve non-compliant behavior.
