Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager, Ground Handling in the Ground Handling Department to support Station Management with daily operations at our Boston area station.

You will help drive labor relations, safety, and service standards while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and security programs. The role requires leadership to coach staff, manage varied duties, and deliver periodic reports.

Qualifications

• Proven team leader with manpower planning experience.
• Familiarity with FAA and Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in aviation, business, or related field.
