Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize complex, cross-functional program life-cycles that improve Amazon Grocery delivery across NA.
• Proactively identify operational improvement opportunities by analyzing performance data and delivery trends.
• Collaborate with product, operations, engineering, and field teams to align stakeholders and deliver milestones.
• Define program scope and objectives, establish KPIs, and track progress with data-driven insights.
• Communicate program status and trade-offs to stakeholders to accelerate decision-making.
