Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in software lifecycle mgmt
• 3+ years in operational risk management including risk controls and metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• 2+ years of advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• 3+ years in eGRC platforms such as Archer, SAI360, ServiceNow, MetricStream, Audit Board

Responsibilities

• Advocate use of GRC platform for risk and governance activities
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and manage key organizational risks
• Develop features and user stories; support QA, UAT, and release validation
• Identify process improvements to support risk and governance programs
• Maintain backlog and participate in Agile rituals
• Support backlog prioritization to drive product roadmap
• Operate Synchrony’s GRC Risk platform with IT and business teams
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
