Job summary

Synchrony seeks a Sr. Business Analyst to join the GRC Risk Management Systems team. You will drive risk management goals, develop features, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify and manage risks.

The role offers flexible work options with home or hub office presence and occasional travel for in-person activities. Strong analytical, PM, and eGRC experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of software lifecycle/PM experience.
• 3+ years of operational risk management techniques and risk controls.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• 3+ years of PM experience and familiarity with eGRC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for GRC platform use and act as the voice of the business for risk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and manage organizational risks.
• Develop features and user stories; support QA, UAT, and release validation.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities across risk programs.
• Maintain backlog and participate in Agile rituals to drive roadmap.
