Workstreet is seeking a Sr. Manager, GRC Engineering who leads with a client-first philosophy and brings a proven track record of managing high-stakes client relationships with professionalism and strategic insight.

You will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, guiding engagements end-to-end and handling audits, certifications, and assessments. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in cybersecurity compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF), strong leadership of mid-sized teams, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing senior/executive client relationships
• 8+ years in cybersecurity compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HiTRUST, NIST 800-171/CMMC)
• Experience creating and enforcing cybersecurity policies
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and business-alignment skills
• Experience in a tech company focused on cybersecurity
• Willingness to travel locally for onsite meetings

Responsibilities

• Own Executive-Level Client Relationships across strategic accounts
• Lead and oversee multiple compliance engagements including audits and certifications
• Manage executive escalations with professionalism and urgency
• Serve as Strategic Trusted Advisor aligning client goals with compliance guidance
• Ensure quality across client touchpoints and communications
• Engage US-based clients via phone, email, and meetings
