Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking an experienced RTL integration engineer for its GPU project and RTL team. You will contribute to the integration of complex GPU blocks and subsystems, drive front-end RTL quality checks, and deliver production-quality RTL to SoC and physical design teams.

Requirements include a BS/MS in CS/CE or related field with 2+ years in GPU/SoC RTL integration, Verilog/SystemVerilog proficiency, and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/CE or related field is required.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in GPU/CPU/SoC RTL integration and front-end ASIC flows.
• Proficiency with Verilog/SystemVerilog and RTL coding best practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to integration of complex GPU blocks and subsystems across IP generations.
• Perform design quality checks including lint, CDC, and logical equivalence; deliver production RTL to SoC and physical teams.
• Support RTL databases and manage memory/macros and standard cell libraries for consistency and robustness.
• Monitor area and timing metrics; identify integration risks related to performance and implementation feasibility.
• Lead moderate-to-complex projects and promote best practices and emerging technologies.
