Maximus seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead cross-functional proposal teams and collaborate with senior leaders to plan and deliver compelling proposals for U.S. State and Local Government clients.

The role is fully remote with about 10% travel and involves coaching other proposal managers, managing the full lifecycle from RFP analysis to delivery, and ensuring 100% compliant responses. Essential duties include developing bid strategy, coordinating with sales, technical experts, and design

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience managing U.S. State and Local Government proposals.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full proposal lifecycle, including creating proposal outlines.
• Diverse proposal background across multiple subject areas.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
