Maximus is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead cross-functional proposal teams across U.S. State and Local Government clients. You will plan, write, and deliver compliant, compelling proposals with senior leadership input, coordinating with executives and a remote team.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience managing U.S. State and Local Government proposals.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, highly detailed projects in a deadline-driven environment.
