Maximus is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead cross-functional proposal teams and collaborate with senior leaders to plan and deliver responsive proposals for U.S. State and Local Government clients.

This is an individual contributor role, fully remote with approximately 10% travel to support proposal activities. Responsibilities include managing the full proposal lifecycle, developing win themes, and coordinating with sales, technical experts, design, and production to deliver compliant,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in U.S. State & Local Government proposals.
• Demonstrated experience managing full proposal lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple proposal projects and ensure strategic alignment with business goals.
• Develop high-level proposal strategies and win themes.
• Lead relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Lead the proposal development process for high-value and complex projects.
• Interpret RFPs/RFQs/IFBs to determine requirements and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals.
• Write, review, and edit proposal drafts for clarity and compliance.
