Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on strategic government contracts. You’ll ensure client trust, team clarity, staffing, and contract management while driving growth and healthy delivery outcomes.

With 10+ years in overseeing large projects and a focus on public service, you will coordinate across teams, manage risks, and deliver high-quality results for government partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs.
• Must work east coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA by air or train.
• Experience with state or local government contracts, compliance, and audit trails.
• Leadership of large, multi-team agile delivery efforts.
• Proven ability to manage milestones, dependencies, and complex integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceed expectations of government partners by building trusted relationships and high situational awareness at agency level.
• Identify and mitigate risks; collaborate with delivery team and stakeholders to resolve them.
• Engage clients continuously to align on vision, progress, and satisfied outcomes.
• Grow the program with new opportunities, CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve cross-team delivery issues.
• Support creation of delivery environments based on mutual trust with partners.
