Job summary

RTX is seeking a Contracts Manager (Onsite) in Rockford, IL, to support the P&C Mil Spares EPS aftermarket business. You will manage complex contracts, ensure FAR/DFAR compliance, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.

This role requires strong negotiation and writing skills and is based onsite at the Rockford facility. Ideal candidates bring extensive government contracting experience, a university degree, and experience with contract formation and SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience with government contracting, including FAR 12 and FAR 15 regulations.
• Experience with contract formation, including NDAs, MOUs, and MOAs.
• Experience with proposal compliance reviews, terms and conditions review, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Generate, interpret, and manage complex proposals and contracts per requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and cost controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support negotiations and execution of agreements.
