Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA, and state/local requirements in coordination with the Office of the General Counsel. The role supports contract vehicle evaluation, proposal requirements, and legal reviews of NDAs and subcontracts.

The position requires 4+ years in government contracts, knowledge of SAM.gov and OGC processes, and experience with GWAC/IDIQ

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and experience with Federal/State contracts.
• 4+ years in contracts and compliance with Federal and State Governments.
• 1+ year supporting GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ including reporting.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual reps/certs required.
• 3+ years supporting Federal Government proposals and state grants.
• Experience applying FAR/DFARS and other contracting rules.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 8.4 and Part 16.5 preferred.
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant contract vehicles and prepare docs.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and coordinate reviews.
• Support development of contractual sections of proposals and CAs.
• Analyze key clauses and provide compliance assessments.
• Serve as liaison with government contracting officers during proposals.
• Maintain SAM.gov registrations and certifications; monitor compliance.
