Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring regulatory compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA standards. The role involves REGulatory coordination with OGC, proposal input, and ongoing certification maintenance.

The ideal candidate will oversee SAM.gov registrations, assist in vehicle submissions (MAS, OASIS+), and monitor regulatory changes while coordinating with legal and business teams to mitigate risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four+ years of contracts/compliance experience with Federal and State Governments.
• One+ year supporting GSA MAS or federal GWAC/IDIQ (e.g., OASIS+)
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual representations and certifications
• Three+ years supporting Federal Government proposals and state grants
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and GSA terms; experience with contract vehicles and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with eSRS, CPARS, SRP

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of government contracts and grants and ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and support responses to Representations and Certifications.
• Monitor contract modifications, performance, and closeout; ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain SAM.gov registrations and annual certifications; support ongoing compliance audits.
• Provide training and guidance on compliance to internal teams; liaise with OGC and government contacts.
• Develop and report on key compliance metrics for leadership.
