Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts & Compliance Senior Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA requirements, and related GWAC/IDIQ vehicles. The role involves interaction with OGC, review of NDAs and subcontracts, and strategic input on terms.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of government contracts experience, knowledge of SAM.gov and GSA schedules, and a track record of risk-based decision making in a professional services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of contracts/grants/compliance experience with government.
• Experience with GSA MAS/OASIS+ or GWAC/IDIQ vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of government contracts and grants.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance; liaise with OGC for reviews.
• Monitor contract modifications, performance, and closeout; ensure compliance.
