Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage government contracts and grants lifecycle, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA terms. This role supports SAM.gov registrations, OASIS+/MAS vehicles, and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles across multiple entities, coordinating with OGC on NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts.

The position requires attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and strong Excel, certification, and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of contracts and compliance experience with Federal and State Governments.
• At least one year supporting a GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ (e.g., OASIS+).
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registrations and certifications.
• Experience supporting Federal proposals and state grants.

Responsibilities

• Research contract vehicles and coordinate submissions.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and liaise with OGC.
• Develop compliant proposal responses and terms.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS/GSA terms and compliance.
