Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements. The role supports GSA MAS, OASIS+, and other GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, interfacing with the OGC and SAM.gov registrations to maintain accurate representations and certifications.

Primary duties include vehicle evaluation, proposal input on terms, and proactive compliance monitoring across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of contracts and compliance experience with government.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, GSA terms and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles preferred.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registrations and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end government contracts lifecycle and compliance.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and coordinate with OGC.
• Monitor contract obligations, reporting, and deliverables.
