Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants in a regulatory environment. The role covers FAR/DFARS, GSA MAS, OASIS+, and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, with coordination of OGC and SAM.gov registrations.

The position requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. This is a full-time role based in the United States, focused on federal and state government contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four+ years of contracts and compliance experience with Federal and State Governments.
• Experience with GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ (e.g., OASIS+) is required.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual reps & certifications.
• Experience applying FAR/DFARS and other contracting rules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant contract vehicles and opportunities.
• Prepare and coordinate contractual and grant documentation for submissions.
• Review RFPs and coordinate with OGC for legal review of proposals.
• Provide compliance assessments on key clauses and terms.
• Coordinate development of business responses to proposals and certifications.
• Maintain SAM.gov registrations and representations across entities.
