Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA rules. You will coordinate with OGC, maintain SAM.gov registrations, and support NDA, teaming, and subcontract processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum four years of contracts and compliance experience with federal/state governments.
• Experience with GSA MAS or OASIS+ or other GWAC/IDIQ vehicles is required.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registrations and representations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and contract management software.

Responsibilities

• Researches and identifies relevant contract vehicles, competitive and non-competitive.
• Prepares and coordinates required contractual and grant documentation for submissions.
• Assists with proposal language for competitive contract vehicles.
• Monitors ongoing reporting, renewal, and administrative requirements of active vehicles.
• Coordinates NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Reviews proposals for representations, terms, and compliance with internal policies.
• Serves as liaison with government contracting officers during the proposal phase.
