Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four+ years of contracts and compliance experience with Federal and State Governments.
• Experience with GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicles (e.g., OASIS+) is required.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, SAM.gov registrations and annual representations.

Responsibilities

• Research contract vehicles and prepare documentation for submissions.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review proposals for business compliance and coordinate with OGC.
