Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead the full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements, including GWAC/IDIQ vehicles. You will coordinate with the Office of the General Counsel on NDAs and subcontracts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing government contracts and grants across lifecycle.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, GSA MAS, GWAC/IDIQ vehicles.
• Ability to coordinate with OGC for legal reviews and approvals.
• Strong track record in monitoring compliance and conducting audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants.
• Assist with evaluation of contract and grant vehicles for strategy and risk.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state and local requirements and certifications.
• Develop internal policies, perform audits, and advise on regulatory changes.
• Support strategic responses to terms and conditions in proposals.
