Qualifications

• Experience in managing government contracts and grants and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ability to evaluate contract and grant vehicles and manage submission requirements.
• Coordination with Office of the General Counsel (OGC) for legal reviews and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and recommends contract and grant vehicles, including competitive and non-competitive opportunities, based on growth, risk and compliance implications
• Prepares, and coordinates required contractual and grant documentation and organizational information to support contract and grant vehicle submissions
• Monitors business compliance with ongoing reporting, renewal, and administrative requirements of active contract and grant vehicles
• Coordinates preparation, routing, and execution of NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with prospective and existing partners in coordination with Legal
• Provides business input to capture bidding strategies and terms for proposals
• Supports implementation of contractual requirements through monitoring and alignment with internal policies
• Reviews RFPs, RFIs, RFQs to identify compliance requirements and coordinates with OGC for legal review
• Coordinates and supports development of business responses to contractual sections of proposals, including reps and certs, terms, conditions, and exception summaries
• Analyzes key clauses (FAR, DFARS, GSA) and provides compliance assessments to stakeholders
• Liaises with government contracting officers during the proposal phase
• Leads contract kickoff meetings and ensures the operations team understands compliance obligations
• Coordinates with OGC and leadership on terms and strategic responses to terms and conditions
• Builds relationships across OGC, compliance, and delivery teams to support operations and compliance
• Develops and reports on contracts and compliance metrics for leadership
• Supports due diligence for acquisitions or partner evaluations
